Almost Free ()

I survived so much. My sister’s death. My attack. My best friend leaving me behind. But I don’t think I’ll survive him. We’ve known each other all our lives, but we’ve never really been close. We might’ve hung out with the same crowd, but I didn’t consider him my friend. Then ‘prom’ happened, and he became my hero. Now I can’t seem to work out what’s real and what’s not. He became my whole world, and now I’m afraid he’ll find out. With nothing standing in the way, will I lose him in every way possible?
